Per the continued non-abandoned,
non-treatied sovereignty of Kelly Lake Cree Nation / ROCKY MOUNTAIN CREE
NATION - AS’IN’TWA’CHI NI’YAWAK, hereafter
referred to as ATN; herein, Chief
Calliou and Council continue to exercise executive jurisdictional authority
to protect and preserve the integrity of these said traditional territories; do
by these stated governing rights and duties issue this proclamation Notice of
Trespass upon ELIZABETH II – CANADA / REVENUE CANADA : hereafter,
referred to as the E2 : Canada Trespassers; namely, that
1. The
attached documents of ATN sovereign governance and the included Kelly
Lake Cree Nation territories, as per supra, are ATN authorized,
enforceable documents
2. The E2 :
Canada Trespassers have entered these said ATN territories with evident
hostile intent and without ATN authorization or invitation by the
governing parties
3. The ATN denies permission to trespass upon these E2
: Canada Trespassers
4. These E2
: Canada Trespassers shall forthwith abandon their trespass and exit from these
ATN territories; and, to not return except via advance, written letters
patent from the ATN authorities
5. The ATN
laws apply; and,
6. ATN shall
forthwith inform the United Nations General Assembly and Security Council of
this evident breach of the UN Charter by a state nation member; namely Elizabeth
II : Canada
